Cash and Credit Card Gifts
Gifts of cash, the most common form of giving, are as easy as writing a check or make your gift using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover and you may receive an added bonus if your credit card offers an incentive program, such as cash back, frequent flier miles or purchase rebates. The LifeBridge Health Philanthropy Fund
The LifeBridge Health Philanthropy Fund is a donor-advised fund (DAF) managed by Morgan Stanley that works like a philanthropic savings account. Donors can contribute a minimum of $10,000 to be deposited into their account (which can be uniquely named, perhaps after one's family). The account can grow in value but instead of using the dollars to pay expenses , the cash and assets deposited into the account are granted out to LifeBridge Health affiliated hospitals and/or programs (at least 25%), as well as your other favorite charities. Grants can be made in amounts starting at $180. Gifts of Appreciated Securities

Honor and Memorial Gifts
Family members and friends often wish to make a gift to honor a special occasion or to memorialize a loved one. The Corporate Development Department will send a personalized card on your behalf to inform the individual or family of your gift. We also offer the option to purchase packs of blank cards. Estate Gifts
Many individuals wish to make significant gifts to our LifeBridge affiliates, but need to retain the earning power of their assets. There are a variety of planned giving vehicles that allow an individual, couple or family to receive income for life while making a major commitment to Sinai Hospital, Northwest Hospital, Carroll Hospital, Levindale Hospital, or Grace Medical Center. Planned gifts may significantly defer and/or reduce capital gains and estate tax.

Matching Gifts
Your current employer or your spouse's employer may offer a matching gift program that will match your donation to a charity 100 percent or more! Matching gifts are the perfect opportunity for you to double the impact of your donation. See your employer's Human Resources Department or contact the Corporate Development Department for more information.
Amazon Smile
With Amazon Smile, Amazon will donate a percent of the price of your eligible Amazon purchases to the charitable organization of your choice. Whether Sinai Hospital, Northwest Hospital, Carroll Hospital, Grace Medical Center, or Levindale, you can give back to the facility of your choice just by shopping.
