Home Delivery Program
The home prescription delivery program conveniently brings medications to patients’ doors at no extra charge.
Medications are delivered the following business day by a courier.
- Enrollment forms can either be picked up at the outpatient pharmacy or downloaded at lifebridgehealth.org/lbhpharmacy.
- Delivery hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Cash, credit cards and FSA are accepted for payment.
