Dr. Aboulafia is a nationally and internationally recognized leader in clinical and research aspects of the care and treatment of adult and pediatric patients with benign and malignant bone and soft tissue tumors. As a surgeon treating patients, he continues to be active in academics, publications, editorial boards, research, teaching, and national and international speaking engagements, and he serves in various national leadership positions within the field of orthopedic oncology. Dr. Aboulafia especially values the role of collaboration in order to optimize the care of patients. He strives to remain at the forefront in providing the best care possible to patients through continued education, leadership and collaboration.
