The Louis and Phyllis Friedman Neurological Rehabilitation Center

The Friedman Neurological Rehabilitation Center at Sinai Hospital provides specialized neurorehabilitation services to adults who are recovering from a brain injury, stroke, or other neurological disorder. It is one of the most advanced facilities in the region offering acute inpatient neurological rehabilitation and is staffed by the highest number of ACBIS-certified brain injury specialists in Maryland. The center offers a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to treatment, with the latest technology and an emphasis on family-centered care.

The Center is situated in the same building as the emergency room, intensive care unit, and acute neurological unit, which is unique to Maryland. Outpatient therapy and day treatment services are available following discharge to further one’s recovery.
